Tell ICE: Let Felipe Stay With His Three U.S. Citizen Children

Loving father Felipe Montes fought a hard battle to be reunited with his three children who were placed in foster care after he was deported in 2010. Over 20,000 Presente members called on ICE to let him come back to the U.S. to fight for his kids, and we wonhe now has custody.

But Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has said Felipe will have to leave the country this week--as early as tomorrow. We need to send a strong message immediately that thousands of us are behind Felipe and don't want to see this family traumatized any furtherif ICE hears from us, it will help his chances of staying here and keeping his children in the only home they've ever known.  Can you help us show ICE that there are at least 10,000 people behind Felipe?

Please sign and share this petition immediately to help Felipe stay in the U.S. with his three U.S. citizen children.

The Message

To ICE Director John Morton:

Please grant Felipe Montes (A#200-717-730) a stay of removal. He has lived in the U.S. for over 7 years and is married to a U.S. citizen with 3 U.S. citizen children, who only know this country as home.

Felipe was granted custody of his children this year after they were put into foster care when he was deported in December of 2010. Forcing his children to relocate and separate from family in the U.S. would cause even further trauma. Please keep this family together and stop Felipe's deportation.
