After over 30,000 of you called for Eric Holder and the Department of Justice to conduct an open and thorough investigation into the Border Patrol's killing of Anastasio Hernández-Rojas, their only response has been silence. Silence in the face of the tasering, beating, and eventual death of Anastasio is unnaceptable.

I'm extremely troubled by the killing of Anastasio Hernández-Rojas by the Border Patrol. I'm even more troubled by the silence of Eric Holder and the Justice Department.
