A Win For The Felipe Montes Family

Presente.org members, in partnership with the Applied Research Center, just made a big difference in the lives of one family. As a result, we might have started something even bigger: keeping thousands more children from being legally stripped away from their immigrant parents forever.

After hearing from 20,000 of you the process that could have led to Felipe Montes losing his rights to his children was postponed.  Unfortunately, the fight to keep Felipe’s family together is not yet over, and there are still thousands of families like Felipe's.

We just won a huge victory, but we need your help to make sure it's permanent and that we build off of it.  Will you recruit five friends to continue the fight for Felipe and families like his?  

The Message

I pledge to continue to take action to help reunify Felipe Montes's family, and to do what I can to prevent thousands of children from having their rights to their parents terminated in the future.
